Dental Practice Manager – Pediatric Dental Practice (Mid-Hudson Region)

A highly respected pediatric dental practice in the Mid-Hudson Region is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations and support the continued growth and success of a thriving dental organization.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive healthcare leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving systems, and creating an outstanding experience for patients and families. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in dental office management and administration, financial oversight, and team leadership.

As the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing operational excellence, including staff management, workflow optimization, revenue cycle processes, compliance standards, and the development of a positive, patient-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy pediatric dental practice
Lead, mentor, and support administrative and clinical team members
Manage scheduling, patient experience, office efficiency, and workflow improvements
Oversee financial processes including collections, reporting, and operational performance
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and practice policies
Partner with doctors and leadership to implement growth initiatives and strategic improvements
Foster a welcoming, collaborative environment for team members, children, and families

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a dental practice, medical office, or healthcare organization
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
