KITCHEN STAFF

Kingston, WA | Part-Time & Full-Time Available

This isn't a typical kitchen job.

Sourdough Willy's is an award-winning pizzeria built on a 130-year-old sourdough tradition, specialty ovens, and a standard we hold every single day. We're looking for someone who already knows how to work a line — and wants to be part of something where the craft actually matters.

We don't cut corners. We don't rush the work. We do it right.

That means this role isn't for everyone.

The craft is real. We work with hand-stretched dough, multiple oven styles, and recipes that require precision and consistency. This isn't assembly — it's craft.

The volume is real. We're busy. Consistently. You'll need to move with control, communicate constantly, and stay steady when it's slammed.

What we're looking for:

The willingness to learn how to work a station and manage tickets under pressure

Someone who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and doing things the right way

Someone who can communicate clearly and supports the team, not just their station

Someone who stays calm and steady when it's busy — no panic, no attitude

Strong character, a great attitude, and someone who wants to get better

What you're walking into:

Two kitchens. Multiple pizza styles — Italian and American — each with different ovens, techniques, and timing. Prep, make line, oven/finish, and a bar/kitchen station that requires full system mastery. You'll be expected to learn our way — and hold our standard.

The details:

Hours: Shifts vary. We're open Noon–8pm, 7 days a week.
