Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your organizational skills, friendly demeanor, and technical proficiency will help maintain smooth office operations and support our team’s productivity. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette
Handle front desk responsibilities including checking in visitors, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming mail
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic administrative duties
Assist with customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally
Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software
Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and general technical proficiency
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and phone etiquette
Experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools like Outlook or Google Calendar
