About Sali Stone Concepts

Sali Stone Concepts is a growing supplier of premium natural stone and hardscape products serving the construction, pool, landscape, and building-material industries.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Regional Sales Manager who understands the building-material industry and knows how to develop long-term customer relationships while aggressively growing new business.

Job Overview

We are not looking for someone who simply maintains existing accounts.

We are looking for a sales-driven individual who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, finding opportunities, opening new accounts, and growing a territory.

The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong industry relationships, and the ability to turn opportunities into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales throughout the assigned region.
Identify and open new accounts, including building-material distributors, pool and hardscape dealers, stone yards, contractors, pool builders, landscape companies, and other industry professionals.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers and increase sales within those accounts.
Prospect consistently for new business through field visits, phone calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.
Visit customers regularly and maintain a strong presence in the market.
Present Sali Stone Concepts products, samples, displays, and programs to prospective customers.
Develop regional sales strategies and execute plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Manage opportunities from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
Monitor competitors, market pricing, product trends, and new opportunities within the territory.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
Work closely with management, customer service, operations, and logistics to provide excellent customer service.
Represent Sali Stone Concepts professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications

3+ years of outside sales experience preferred.
Experience in natural stone, tile, hardscape, pool products, landscaping products, construction materials, or building-material distribution is strongly preferred.
Existing relationships within the building-material, pool, hardscape, contractor, or distribution industry are a major plus.
Proven ability to develop new accounts and grow an assigned territory.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Commission

Compensation will be based on experience and industry background. Strong earning potential is available for a high-performing salesperson.
