Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Inside Sales to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to dive into sales, where NO prior experience is necessary! If you have the drive to succeed and are looking for a fulfilling career in a high-energy environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are actively seeking 15+ Sales Closers to start August 18th,2026

Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification: Identify and engage inbound and outbound leads to assist them with resolving their tax debt.
Cold Calling & Negotiation: Leverage your negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.
Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and texts via our CRM system.
Consultative Sales Approach: Use a solution-based approach to guide potential clients through the process.
Onboarding Clients: Effectively walk new clients through the contract and ensure a seamless transition.
CRM Management: Utilize our CRM to manage your sales pipeline and track progress toward meeting goals

Requirements:

Motivated & Self-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to succeed.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, listen actively, and show empathy.
Adaptability: Comfortable working independently and efficiently within a structured framework.
CRM Experience: Ability to quickly adapt to a customized CRM system and use it to manage leads and sales pipelines.
Commitment: Availability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, in our Irvine office.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $11.25/hour + Commission
