With state-of-the-art facilities located within country clubs, we offer a range of services, including Orthopedic Manual Therapy, TPI Golf Performance, Tennis Performance, and Dry Needling. Role Overview:

Tired of treating 20 patients a day? Burnt out from endless documentation after hours?

OrthoAthletic Physical Therapy offers a refreshing change. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Performance Physical Therapist who’s ready to break free from the high-volume clinic grind. At OrthoAthletic, you'll work one-on-one with athletes—particularly golfers and tennis players—in a supportive environment that prioritizes quality over quantity. Enjoy the freedom to focus on personalized, evidence-based care without sacrificing your evenings to paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on therapy, focusing on pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
Collaborate with clients to set and achieve specific performance goals.
Utilize modalities such as Dry Needling to address muscle tightness and pain.
Educate clients on injury prevention and self-management strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
Certification in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) is preferred.
Experience or certification with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
