Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant / Office Manager Successor

Location: Bellevue, WA

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a public accounting background to join our team and train directly with our current Office Manager ahead of a planned retirement transition.

This is a unique opportunity to spend approximately one year learning all aspects of office operations, client service, and annual accounting firm workflows before assuming a key leadership role.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to firm leadership.
Manage schedules, communications, and office operations.
Coordinate client documentation and workflow tracking.
Assist with billing, reporting, and practice administration.
Learn and document firm procedures and annual processes.
Work closely with the current Office Manager to ensure a successful transition.

Qualifications

3+ years of public accounting experience required.
5+ years preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and is looking for a long-term opportunity with growth into an Office Manager role.

Note: We are hoping to have this individual start training by October to gain exposure to a full annual cycle of firm operations before the current Office Manager's retirement.
