Overview

The Safavi Agency is growing, and we are selectively bringing on licensed life insurance agents who are looking for more than a traditional 9–5.

We’re looking for driven, coachable, self-motivated people who want the flexibility of working remotely, the ability to control their income, and the opportunity to build a career that can grow far beyond personal production. Led by Ana Safavi, our agency is focused on two things: protecting families and developing leaders. For the right person, this can be the beginning of building your own business and eventually leading an agency of your own.

This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. There is no salary or hourly wage. Your income is directly connected to your activity, consistency, and results.

What You’ll Do

Connect with people who have already requested information about life insurance
Conduct phone and Zoom appointments
Learn about clients, their families, and their financial goals
Educate clients on their options and help them find appropriate coverage
Follow up consistently and professionally
Manage your pipeline through our CRM and virtual tools
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
Build your own book of business while developing the skills to eventually build and lead a team
