Full Job Description

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid / Multi-site presence)

Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time as locations expand)

Reports To: Business Manager / Executive Leadership

About Watermark Homeschool Enrichment

Watermark Homeschool Enrichment is a thriving multi-site enrichment program serving hundreds of homeschool students across the Orlando area. Meeting one day a week per location, we offer high-quality, à la carte classes taught by local business partners and industry professionals. As our community rapidly grows, we are focused on streamlining our business systems and expanding our footprint to serve more families across Central Florida.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Account Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of our growing program. In this role, you will manage family accounts, handle day-to-day office logistics, support our passionate instructors, and ensure our weekly program days run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities1. Account & Student Management

Family Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for family inquiries, enrollments, billing questions, and program updates.
Account Maintenance: Manage student rosters, process payments, issue invoices, and resolve account discrepancies using our administrative software.
Onboarding: Assist new families with registration, class selection, and program orientation.

2. Multi-Site Office & Program Support

Program Day Logistics: Support on-site administrative needs during our weekly program days (helping with check-ins, roster updates, and general troubleshooting).
Data & Record Keeping: Help ensure student/family forms and emergency contact records are updated and accessible for each year.

3. Systems & Growth Support

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in office tasks and help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to make multi-site management effortless.
Expansion Assistance: Provide administrative support as we launch and onboard new locations across Orlando.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2+ years of experience in office administration, account management, customer service, or non-profit/educational coordination.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with administrative platforms, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), payment processors, and database management software.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; warm, professional, and responsive to community needs.
Organization: Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple active program sites.
Heart for Community: Familiarity with or appreciation for the homeschool community and alternative education models is a strong plus!

Work Environment & Hours

Schedule: Mostly Remote with Flexible hours. Some mandatory on-site presence will be required during program days and/or events at our Orlando locations.

Not Required but Strongly Suggested:

Follows the Christian faith
Actively attends weekly church services
Familiar with Homeschooling or Parent-led Education

*Must be an American citizen or have legal documentation of eligibility to work within the United States.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
