Full Job Description

This is a full-time W2 leadership role with base pay plus performance incentives.

You’ll lead a local team, drive sales, and oversee operations within your market.

On-target earnings: $75K–$90K+ in year one.

At Right Hand Rhino, we provide commercial window cleaning services to restaurants, retail stores, and local businesses.

This is a hands-on role — you’ll be leading the team and stepping in to complete work when needed.

What You’ll Do

Lead sales and growth for your local market (B2B, face-to-face)
Train and manage a team of technicians and sales reps
We handle recruiting so you can focus on leading and performance
Oversee scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction
Step into the field when needed to complete jobs and support your team
Solve problems quickly and keep operations moving
Hold your team accountable to performance standards

You’ll be supported with systems, training, and recruiting so you can focus on growing your market and leading your team.

Compensation

$500/week base pay - Most Location Managers immediately earn above the base through commissions and production pay.
Additional earnings through sales commissions + production pay
Monthly + quarterly performance bonuses

Typical earnings: $75K–$90K+ in year one
