Full Job Description

Sticker Print Go is a growing Orlando-based printing company specializing in custom stickers, labels, sticker sheets, and specialty printed products for businesses, organizations, creators, and brands.

We're entering our next stage of growth and looking for an energetic, motivated salesperson who wants the opportunity to help build our B2B sales program, not simply maintain an existing list of accounts.

If you're comfortable meeting new people, walking into local businesses, picking up the phone, following up with prospects, and building long-term customer relationships, we'd like to meet you.

The Opportunity

As our B2B Sales & Account Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be developing new business relationships and turning them into long-term Sticker Print Go customers.

We're particularly interested in building relationships with businesses that regularly purchase stickers, product labels, packaging labels, and other branded materials.

You'll prospect businesses throughout Orlando and Central Florida while also developing opportunities with companies outside the area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a small business and have a measurable impact on its success.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for:

Prospecting new B2B customers through phone, email, networking, social media, and in-person outreach
Visiting targeted Orlando-area businesses and introducing Sticker Print Go
Developing relationships with businesses that regularly purchase stickers and labels
Following up on inbound leads and quote requests
Preparing and following up on customer quotes
Identifying reorder and upsell opportunities
Developing recurring label and sticker accounts
Building relationships with marketing agencies, graphic designers, event companies, promotional-product companies, and other potential reseller partners
Maintaining an organized sales pipeline in our CRM
Following up consistently with prospects
Attending selected networking and community events
Working closely with our production team to understand customer needs, pricing, materials, and turnaround requirements
Growing and managing your own portfolio of customer accounts

Some of our ideal customers include:

Coffee shops and coffee roasters, restaurants, breweries and beverage companies, bakeries, packaged-food brands, candle companies, cosmetic and skincare brands, retail businesses, e-commerce companies, marketing agencies, graphic designers, event companies, hospitality businesses, contractors, real estate companies, and other growing businesses.

We're particularly interested in customers with recurring sticker and label needs.

What Success Looks Like

We don't expect you to walk in on Day 1 and immediately generate huge sales.

We'll help you learn our products, production process, pricing, materials, and ideal customers.

Over time, we'll expect you to build toward:

New prospects identified/contacted
Consistent phone, email, and in-person outreach
Qualified quotes
3–5 new accounts per week as your pipeline develops
New recurring sticker and label accounts
New reseller and referral relationships

Most importantly, we want someone who can build relationships that generate repeat business, not simply close one-time transactions.

Compensation

Base Pay: $18-$22/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Approximately 25–30 hours per week (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends depending on needs)

Plus uncapped sales commission.

Our commission structure rewards performance, with higher commission opportunities as monthly sales increase.

There is also an opportunity to earn ongoing commission from qualifying repeat business generated from accounts you develop.

The better your book of business performs, the more you can earn.

What We're Looking For

Print industry experience is not required.

We're more interested in finding someone who is:

Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Comfortable making outbound sales calls
Willing to visit local businesses in person
Persistent without being pushy
Organized with strong follow-up habits
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and CRM software
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Interested in networking and building relationships
Able to work independently while also collaborating with a small team
Excited about helping grow a local business

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, promotional products, printing, events, business services, advertising, retail, or account management is helpful but not required.

This isn't a position where you'll inherit a script and spend all day sitting in a cubicle making hundreds of cold calls.

You'll have the opportunity to help us build the sales program itself.

You'll work directly with the owners and production team, learn how custom printed products are made, meet businesses throughout Central Florida, develop your own customer relationships, and directly see the impact your sales have on the company's growth.

As Sticker Print Go grows, there is an opportunity for this position to grow as well—including the potential to develop into a full-time sales or sales leadership position.

Schedule

Approximately 25–30 hours per week Monday - Friday with occasional weekends.

Some flexibility is available, although the position requires availability during normal business hours for customer outreach and local business visits.

This is primarily an Orlando-based position because local relationship building and in-person prospecting are important parts of the role.
