Full Job Description

J. Sterling's Spa with 6 Orlando locations is hiring for spa admin front desk position for our busy SOUTH ORLANDO HUNTERS CREEK location. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and checking-in/out customers to perform excellent customer service and connect with each customer
BEING BI-LINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH) IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION
Answer phones, book appointments, sell gift cards or gift certificates and upgrades
Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
Positive, energetic attitude
Team player
Perform various other duties as assigned
Attention to detail important

Job Requirements:

Must be excellent at customer service.
Experience in spa or salon environment would be good.
Knowledge of Google applications, Zenoti, or any booking system.

Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest.
Must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
