About the Studio
Earn Your Stripes (EYS) is a boutique group fitness concept built around coach-led strength and conditioning in a group setting. Our Baldwin Park studio is opening soon, and we are contracting our founding Head Coach to help set the standard on day one. The name is the promise. Progress here is earned, not handed out. At EYS every session is scalable enough for a first-timer and demanding enough for an athlete, and the coach on the floor is what makes that work. EYS is a brand built on showing up, putting in the work, and getting credit for it.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. Earn Your Stripes is a Florida-based brand expanding through franchising, and Baldwin Park is one of our newest studios. You will shape how members are welcomed and how our coaching team delivers a consistent experience, all in a brand-new studio serving Baldwin Park and the greater Orlando area.
