Willamette Wellness Center is a local online mental health clinic specializing in trauma-informed mental health care for patients throughout Oregon and Washington. Our corporate office is located in Oregon, and our clinicians live and work throughout Oregon and Washington. Willamette Wellness Center was recently recognized by the local paper, The Oregonian, for excellence in the mental health care field both in its ethical and empathetic treatment of patients as well as its staff.
We are looking for talented, enthusiastic registered assoociate therapists to join our team! Our clinic was built on the trust of clients and an excellent reputation, and we are growing our team to provide the best in trauma-informed care. Please note we are not hiring clinicians needing an internship (pre Master's level).
WWC is a well-known clinic in the community for its dedication to treating trauma with the most up-to-date and effective therapies available. We are especially interested in clinicians currently utilizing or getting trained in IFS, EMDR, CPT, DBT, SE, Brainspotting, to name a few. WWC leads the way in evidence-based healing and is looking for therapists who believe that “no stone left unturned” is a necessary viewpoint in trauma-informed recovery for our clients.

WWC’s compensation models are some of the highest in the industry, as we believe all therapists should have financial freedom and stability. Average pay for registered associates seeing 24 clients a week with a four day work week is $108,900 year, before taxes and insurance. Clinicians are scheduled 28 clients a week, 4 days of 7 clients, allowing for a three day weekend with the day off of your choosing. Clinicians are expected to see 24 client hours out of the 28 client hours scheduled a week (taking into account client cancellations).
Willamette Wellness Center Provides the Following:
- Paid hourly onboarding provided by Clinical Director for the weeks leading up to seeing clients

- Administrative support/scheduling
- Clinical supervision towards licensure for associates
- Marketing
- Access to EHR Software - Therapy Notes
- Credentialing for insurance companies
- Liability insurance paid and renewed yearly
- Remote work environment and 4-day work weeks
- Supportive management team and colleagues
- Monthly peer consult groups with other WWC staff to help us stay connected, discuss changes in our industry, go over any needs that come up, and discuss difficult cases
- Monthly lunch and learn meetings with the company for training and opportunity to socialize with each other
- Billing, marketing, and scheduling are all managed for you by our administrative team.
- Full caseloads are maintained for all clinicians. Clinicians do not have to do their own marketing.
- Being a part of a mental health group with longetivity and a proven track record in the community, including being mentioned in The Oregonian as a leader in trauma informed mental health care.
- Yearly opportunities for staff social gatherings and giving back to the community including having a booth at Pride Festival, soup kitchen and food pantry volunteer work, and annual holiday party celebrations.

Requirements;
Candidates must:
- Have graduated from graduate school and hold a masters degree in counseling or other similar field (MSW, MFT) etc.
- Be a Registered Associate (PCA, CSWA, AMFT) in the state of Oregon, in good standing with no complaints against the license.
- Live in Oregon
- Be detail oriented, able to turn clinical notes in weekly with no issues.
- Be willing to take advanced evidence based trauma training while employed at WWC to further clinical skills.
- Have working knowledge of how to complete an intake, treatment plan, progress notes, and mental status exam.
- Have working knowledge of how to give and score assessments such as the GAD-7, PCL-5, PHQ-9, and others.
- Be able to pass a background check and have at least 3 professional references
- Have a computer, secure internet connection at home, and confidential space to work in.
- Be interested in full time work (28 appointments scheduled a week with a minimum of 24 patients seen out of those 28 per week).
- Willingness to start as a part-time employee during the training and credentialing process while working to convert to full-time employee status. All full-time employees are required to see 24 patients per week.
