Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cinnamon rolls, biscuits, and other menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently
Manage food handling procedures in accordance with safety regulations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for large-scale production
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, knives, and packaging tools
Read and understand recipes and measurements
Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies related to baked goods and pastry items

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in high-volume kitchens or catering environments preferred
Excellent knife skills and proficiency with culinary tools necessary for precise food preparation
Strong understanding of the food industry standards related to hygiene, safety, and quality control
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings
Previous restaurant or catering experience is highly desirable
