Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of a vibrant trampoline park. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily operations, and a motivated team. As the driving force behind the park’s success, you will oversee all aspects of management, from staff supervision to customer service excellence, fostering a fun and safe atmosphere for guests of all ages. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize operational efficiency, and uphold safety standards to create memorable moments for visitors while achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of daily park operations, ensuring a safe, clean, efficient, and guest-focused environment.
Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal labor coverage while controlling payroll costs.
Serve as the park's leader by motivating employees, setting performance expectations, recognizing achievements, and driving team engagement.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract new guests, and drive repeat business.
Build relationships within the community through grassroots marketing, networking, school partnerships, youth organizations, local businesses, and community events.
Identify and implement creative sales strategies and revenue-generating ideas to increase admissions, memberships, birthday parties, corporate events, group bookings, and special events.
Oversee all event operations, ensuring birthday parties, private events, fundraisers, and group experiences exceed guest expectations.
Monitor daily sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
Manage cash handling procedures, POS operations, deposits, inventory, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, operational procedures, and company standards by conducting regular facility inspections and safety audits.
Coordinate facility maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure the park remains safe, clean, and fully operational.
Develop and conduct ongoing employee training programs focused on safety, customer service, sales techniques, and operational excellence.
Prepare operational reports covering sales performance, labor costs, guest satisfaction, safety compliance, and team productivity.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and health and safety requirements.
Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to develop business strategies, achieve financial goals, and support long-term growth.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Proven leadership experience managing teams in hospitality, entertainment, family entertainment centers, restaurants, or recreation.
Strong people management, coaching, and employee development skills.
Experience with sales, local marketing, community outreach, and business development.
Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through promotions, partnerships, memberships, and event sales.
Excellent organizational, scheduling, and shift management skills.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, cash handling, and reporting.
Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Experience with event planning and execution, including birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings.
Working knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous General Manager or Assistant Manager experience in hospitality, entertainment, recreation, amusement, or restaurant operations is highly preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
