Full Job Description

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually DOE | Location: Knoxville, TN | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Monthly Commission

Located in the Knoxville, TN area, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional to take a leadership role within a growing team.

We are looking for a motivated Recruiting Manager with proven experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, results-driven, and comfortable balancing hands-on recruiting with team leadership.

Candidates from Knoxville, Maryville, Oak Ridge, and surrounding communities are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters.
Oversee daily recruiting activities and hiring priorities.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates.
Help recruiters develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Monitor recruiting activity and candidate pipelines.
Conduct interviews and assist with candidate selection.
Oversee applications, reference checks, background checks, and onboarding.
Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms.
Work closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring goals.
Help improve recruiting processes, performance, and team results.
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
Provide coaching, direction, and accountability to the recruiting team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition required.
Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring recruiters.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with job boards, recruiting platforms, and social media.
Professional phone presence and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
