The Fastlane Program Director is responsible for leading strategic planning, execution, and continuous growth of PartsBadger’s Fastlane manufacturing program. This role owns the overall program roadmap, financial performance, operational execution, staffing strategy, and cross-functional coordination required to scale one of the company’s most important growth initiatives.
Working closely with the CEO, R&D, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT Teams, the Program Director will help keep strategic initiatives executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s objectives. This leader will develop long-term expansion plans, remove roadblocks, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and equipment.
This position serves as the central point of leadership for the Fastlane Program.
This position is based at our new West Bend, Wisconsin location. This is PartsBadger’s first major expansion and home of our Fastlane Manufacturing program.

Present executive level program updates, forecasts, risks, and opportunities

Manage and delegate team member activity as related to the project, which can include individuals from a variety of departments.

Maintain alignment across individuals, departments, and executives, ensuring milestones and deadlines are understood and met.

Collaborate with other managers as needed for prioritization and delegation needs.

In collaboration with the VP of Finance and the R&D Pillar Head, understand and effectively manage the project budget.

Execute on staffing plans including lead & management layers.

Ensure success of day-to-day operations

Ensure continuous improvement deployments directly and via co-development with IT

Coordinate PartsBadger Operations, Technology, Shop Operations, and Equipment & Building needs.

Adjust the project plan as needed based on strategic pivots, finances, and/or targets.

Execute on the plan, problem-solving both independently and collaboratively as needed.

Communicate prioritization and provide guidance to Fast Lane program team members based on daily monitoring of project progress as compared to the project plan.

Coordinate and analyze available resources, which include people, capital, and finances.

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and complete root cause analyses.

Develop partnerships with vendors and other external partners.

Facilitate meetings with team members and cross-departmentally to maintain effective communication.

Share project updates via reporting and presentations.

Manage the execution of ISO/AS processes and annual recertifications on the shop floor.

Plan and document ISO/AS modifications and other updates as required

Ensure compliance daily and coordinate annual audits in collaboration with the Finance department.

Support Sales & Marketing and PartsBadger efforts for the Fast Lane program by providing operational updates and other guidance.

5 years Experience in a Program Leadership Role
