Full Job Description

THIS IS AN ON SITE POSITION. MUST BE IN THE TREASURE VALLEY.

We are a dealership group with 8 dealerships — we handle strategy and filming, and we're looking for a sharp, organized editor and content operator to take raw footage and turn it into a consistent, high-performing content machine across all of our dealership accounts at once. This isn't just an editing gig. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving: turning footage into polished posts, building out content funnels, and maintaining a detailed calendar that tracks what's going out, where, and when — across many dealerships simultaneously.Preferred Experience and What We're Looking For

Edit video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) from raw dealership footage we provide
Use AI tools to speed up and enhance editing — captions, cleanup, repurposing, b-roll generation, voice/audio tools, etc.
Create some videos 100% with AI from start to finish (no raw footage involved) — familiarity with Higgsfield is a strong plus
Edit ad-ready content — some assignments will be used specifically for paid advertisements, so polish and attention to detail matter
Build content funnels — organizing content types (hooks, testimonials, inventory spotlights, behind-the-scenes, etc.) into a system that moves viewers toward action
Maintain a detailed content calendar tracking post status, platform, dealership, publish date, and performance notes across multiple dealership accounts
Manage the pipeline for all 8 dealerships at once without things falling through the cracks
Communicate clearly with us on progress, bottlenecks, and creative suggestions
Skilled video editor, confident in your ability to edit and execute assignments in a timely manner — you don't need to be an absolute expert, but you need to know what you're doing and deliver on time (please be ready to show us your process, not just a reel)
Strong organizational skills — you'll be tracking many moving pieces across all 8 dealerships
Experience building or managing a content calendar or posting schedule
Understanding of short-form social funnels (hook → value → CTA)
Self-directed — we own strategy and filming, you own execution and organization
Quick learner who can pick up new accounts, workflows, and content styles fast
Reliable with fast turnaround times on assigned projects — no automotive/dealership experience required
Experience with AI software and tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) is a plus
Able to walk us through creating a video completely from scratch, start to finish
Ready to bring your portfolio — we want to see the work that shows what you can do
