We're attracting a highly dynamic and self-motivated Curative Title Acquisitions Manager to join our fast-paced and collaborative company.

Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies
Professional in attitude and appearance, with excellent people skills
Must be coachable and willing to follow our system

Your Responsibilities

Research: Use county databases and read through legal documents
Analyze complex fact patterns to determine the ideal risk-adjusted stratgy
Underwrite real estate assets (residential, land, commercial) to determine a conservative as-is value
Consult with owners of properties to educate and provide a clear path forward
Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
Analyze personalities and understand the most effective way to communicate to each type
Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
Make calls to develop new leads
Respond to all leads
Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate property acquisition deals
Learn relevant real estate knowledge, especially pertaining to estate, probate, land records, title underwriting, and market analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Forward-thinking, self-motivated, and detail-driven focus with expertise in problem-solving, organization, follow up and winning over our customers, vendors, and partners
Tech savviness and experience with standard and research platforms (e.g. Google Suite, Docusign, Propstream, Podio CRM databases).
Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal), high level of energy, team-player mindset, and genuine interest and passion for the real estate industry
Commitment to personal development, open mindedness, conscientiousness, and a great sense of humor
Must report to the South Austin office, this is a fully in-person position
Real estate license is NOT required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission

Pay: $36,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
