Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our establishment. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s success by managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and optimizing operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about the food industry and dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.

Duties

Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness to ensure smooth daily functioning
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a skilled and motivated team
Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food stock levels to minimize waste and control costs
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
Monitor shift performance, enforce policies, and implement procedures to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential
Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices
Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development
Background in hospitality management or restaurant experience with a focus on customer service excellence
Familiarity with kitchen management, food production processes is preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
