FlexTrades is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment in a window production facility. This role performs both preventive and reactive maintenance, helping maximize equipment uptime, support production operations, and ensure equipment reliability.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete scheduled PM tasks
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance issues
- Maintain presses, glazers, conveyors, hot melt equipment, saws, drilling machines, routers, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and servo-driven systems
- Read and interpret equipment drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
- Utilize the CMMS system for work orders, preventive maintenance, and parts tracking
- Perform basic maintenance on facility equipment and forklifts as needed
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts, jibs, and hoists
- Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately
Qualifications
- Experience performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics
- Experience using a CMMS system for maintenance activities
- Ability to troubleshoot servo-driven equipment
- Forklift experience preferred
- PLC troubleshooting experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens systems preferred
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $42/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
