Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal

Location: Louisville, Kentucky (Fully In-Office)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation: Starting at $21/hour (could be higher depending on experience) + Monthly Performance Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely cares about helping clients, and is committed to personal and professional growth.

The successful candidate will manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload while delivering exceptional client service and ensuring cases move efficiently toward resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders
Gather and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Prepare demand packages for attorney review and approval
Coordinate settlement disbursements and final closing documentation
Maintain accurate and timely case updates within the firm's systems
Ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience throughout their case
Collaborate with attorneys and team members to achieve firm goals and KPIs

Qualifications

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal in a high-volume pre-litigation personal injury law firm
Strong understanding of Kentucky personal injury claims and case management processes
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
