Alexandra Marks Jewelry is an high volume fashion jewelry brand rooted in the belief that fashion should be affordable as well as fun. Located on Michigan Ave Alexandra Marks Jewelry offers a unique and exciting ever changing assortment of high quality sterling silver, diamond and fashion jewelry in an atmosphere that exudes glamour. At Alexandra Marks Jewelry we sell an experience, not just jewelry.

We are currently seeking a fashion forward Lead Sales Associate/Key Holder that is looking to not help oversee daily operations but also act as an brand ambassador. As a store lead sales associate you will be responsible for helping the assistant manager with the day to day operations. As an lead sales associate you will also be responsible for fostering an exciting interactive store atmosphere that is focused on providing the highest level of customer service.

Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Selling and lead the sales floor by example!
Ensuring that your team is working together to fully provide a customer focused memorable Alexandra Marks store experience.
Help provide training in customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and closing procedures.
Implementing process and procedures regarding inventory management, loss prevention, price changes, transfers and sales.
Provide exceptional customer service in a fun yet professional manner while maintaining quality relationships with customers as well as staff.
Uphold company policies and procedures.
Hosting various store events
Participating in Social Media Marketing
Implement key marketing initiatives and promotions in order to develop increased brand awareness, positioning and store traffic.
Maintain store presentation and uphold visual merchandising initiatives in order to create a compelling store environment.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals on a consistent basis.
Create a unique and memorable store experience for our customers.
Embrace and cultivate the brand culture.

Qualifications

Two years of retail experience with a proven track record of results.
A college degree is desired, but not required.
Strong sales background.
Communication and leadership skills along with the ability to effectively communicate with home office.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Considerable knowledge of retail systems
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive the business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge.
Full time or part time position and must be available for a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
