What You’ll Do in This Role:

Deliver Incredible Service

Plan and facilitate innovative, research-informed music therapy sessions and adapted lessons.
Provide progress notes, caregiver resources, consults, and client-support materials.
Build trusting, meaningful relationships with clients and families.
Track outcomes to help clients shine in their goals and breakthroughs.

Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development.
Represent MTC’s mission within the community.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy (or equivalency)
MT-BC certification or internship completion with scheduled exam date
Reliable car + auto insurance (travel ~10%)
Live Scan/fingerprinting (company-paid)
Initial COVID vaccination series
Ability to lift/move 15+ pounds and support clients through movement-based interventions
