Senior Tax Manager - Hybrid - Brea

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full-Time, Partner-Track

Location: Brea, CA - Hybrid (2-3 days in-office)

Requirements: Active CPA license, 10+ years tax experience, strong client relations

The Role

We need an experienced CPA who owns the full spectrum of tax work (planning, prep, review) and genuinely thrives building client relationships. This is a high-visibility role leading our tax practice, with a real path to partnership for someone who makes a meaningful difference in our clients' lives and the firm's growth.

Job Duties

Lead tax planning, preparation, and review for a broad, sophisticated client base
Build and maintain deep, lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor
Identify proactive planning opportunities and translate complex tax matters into clear guidanceMentor team members and elevate technical quality across the firm

What You Need

Active CPA license
10+ years of tax experience with depth in planning, preparation, and review
Strong technical command of individual and business taxation
