Present clients with the ability to preserve their retirement and grow their wealth. Use the latest software and product illustrations to guide clients through important financial decisions while providing excellent customer service.
Take ownership of your career as you master your craft and excel in Financial Services. Decide your path; delivering retirement protection, managing all client assets, or constructing and leading your own team of agents and representatives while generating a passive income stream.

How Bankers Life will provide support:

Flexible in-office schedules once you complete your agent training and take off as a Full- time producing agent.
Entry level Bankers Life agents are provided with pre-licensing training free of charge; individuals will need to pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products.
Our training, conducted in office, by successful field leaders, will fulfill your desire for continuous learning. Bankers Life has been named as a Training Apex Award Winner for twelve years and counting and a CLO LearningElite winner for five years and counting.
First year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through our sales matching programs.
Once established as a successful producing sales professional, we help you prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam**, which includes coursework, support, and a $2,000 bonus upon completion.

**This is an exam administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that is a crucial step for individuals seeking to become Financial Advisors.
