Position: Receptionist / Customer Service Associate

You’ll be the welcoming voice of SW Insurance Group. You’ll handle client calls, manage requests, and make sure every interaction leaves people feeling cared for and confident. At the same time, you’ll be developing skills, earning certifications, and carving out your future in the insurance world.

We’ll train you, mentor you, and set you up for long-term success—because when our team wins, everyone wins.

What You’ll Do:

Answer client phone calls with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, addressing client inquiries or routing calls to the appropriate team members.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage office calendars.
Assist clients with basic inquiries about services, policies, and account details.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and streamline processes.
Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission of excellent service.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to work in a traditional professional office setting
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Advanced computer skills and ability to effectively operate computer equipment, software systems and databases
Work schedule may vary and is determined by project schedules
Ability to efficiently operate all job-related office equipment
Ability to communicate via telephone, computer and work in virtual teams
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
