Job Title: Account Executive - Commercial Mechanical Services

Pay Scale: 65-85,000 based on experience + Bonus and Comm

About Eyman Plumbing Heating and Air:

Eyman is a leading provider of commercial heavy mechanical services across the Omaha metro. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and building long-term partnerships. We're looking for a driven sales professional to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.

Role Overview:

Are you a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for building relationships and a drive to succeed in the commercial mechanical services industry? Eyman seeks a motivated Account Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive significant growth within our commercial accounts sector. This is a key role where you can make a tangible impact, representing a respected industry leader.

What You’ll Do:

● Develop New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential commercial clients, including general contractors, property managers, facility directors, and business owners.

● Manage Sales Cycle: Own the full sales process from initial contact and needs assessment through proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

● Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Eyman as their preferred partner.

● Consultative Selling: Understand complex client needs related to HVAC, boilers, chillers, and other mechanical systems, and effectively articulate the value and solutions Eyman Plumbing Heating and Air provides.

● Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.

● Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations and service teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and client satisfaction.

● CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.

What You Bring to the Table:

● Required Experience & Skills:

○ 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or account management, preferably in industrial, construction, technical services, or a related field.

○ Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through new account acquisition.

○ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

○ Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

○ Proficiency with CRM software and standard business tools.

○ Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

● Preferred Qualifications:

○ Direct experience selling commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related technical services.

○ Technical aptitude or familiarity with mechanical systems (boilers, chillers, RTU’s controls, etc.).

○ Experience utilizing a structured sales methodology (e.g., Sandler Training, Miller Heiman, or similar – aligns with our Eyman Sales Process).

○ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
