Full Job Description

This1099 independent contractor practice. This structure seamlessly integrates into your current work/life plan: allowing you to generate supplemental business revenue around an existing practice, hospital shifts, or semi-retirement. We are seeking physicians to assist with the following referral stream:

Cardiology & Pulmonology
Nephrology & Gastroenterology
Infectious Disease
Pain Management & PM&R
Orthopedics & Wound Care
Dermatology & Peripheral Vascular
Psychiatry & Psychology
Podiatry

The 1099 Flexibility & Autonomy You Control

Practice Independently: Operate as a true independent clinical business entity.
Work When You Want: Complete control over your availability without minimum hourly requirements.
Earn What You Generate: Direct financial upside from your personal clinical productivity.

1099 Production Compensation ModelThis position operates on a transparent, production-based contract tied directly to clinical activity. Independent contractors receive 50% of net collections attributable to professional services personally performed.

Uncapped Earning Potential: No artificial ceilings or salary caps on your contract volume.
Zero Practice Overhead: PAS provides the cloud-based telemedicine platform access and handling of billing logistics at no cost to your business.
Predictable Cash Flows: Compensation is directly tied to productivity, giving you clear insight into your business revenue streams.

Schedule FlexibilityClinical hours are available Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. As a 1099 contractor, you determine your preferred clinical availability blocks within these hours. Our dedicated scheduling team coordinates consultations and follow-up visits based entirely on the availability you provide, ensuring zero overnight call, zero weekend requirements, and a dramatically reduced administrative burden.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree.
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of our recognized specialties.
Licensure Status:
Must hold an active, unrestricted Florida MD or DO license.
We encourage applications from physicians who hold an active license, as well as physicians who are actively pursuing full Florida licensure.
Full Florida licensure provides access to the brightest range of referral and reimbursement opportunities within our post-acute care network.
Physicians with full licensure are best positioned to maximize patient access, clinical volume, scheduling flexibility, and earning potential.
Physicians must obtain and maintain appropriate Florida authorization before providing services to patients located in Florida.
Tech Literacy: High comfort level navigating cloud-based EHRs and secure telemedicine infrastructure.
