Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Clerk and become a vital part of our administrative operations! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms, ensuring seamless information flow within the organization. Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise software such as QuickBooks with precision and speed
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide excellent customer support
Organize and file physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members or clients
Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before final submission
Support office management tasks including supply inventory, filing systems, and general administrative duties
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via phone or email to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements

Proven clerical or office experience with strong data entry skills and familiarity with productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Demonstrated proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software like QuickBooks
Excellent typing speed combined with strong proofreading abilities to ensure error-free data entry
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills including phone etiquette, customer service orientation, and client interaction experience
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
Technical proficiency in computer literacy, multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and general office equipment
