What You Will Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide hands-on, individualized care focused on helping patients improve function, independence, and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform thorough Occupational Therapy evaluations to identify functional limitations, needs, and goals
- Develop individualized plans of care designed to create meaningful progress
- Provide patient-centered, one-on-one treatment in a supportive clinical environment
- Use clinical reasoning to adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progress
- Educate patients and families in a way that supports carryover outside the clinic
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a strong, coordinated care experience
- Support a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinic culture
- Guide support staff or team members as needed
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Contribute to a growing clinic that values quality care and strong patient relationships
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to provide excellent care, continue growing, and be part of a team that takes the work seriously.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Mississippi, or eligible for Mississippi licensure
- A strong desire to help patients build independence, function, and confidence
- A commitment to quality care over rushed visits

- Reliability, professionalism, and positive energy
- Interest in mentorship, continued learning, and clinical growth
- Leadership interest is a plus, but not required
If You Are a New Grad OT
