Full Job Description

AuraLink is hiring a Retail Event Assistant to join our growing team. As a Retail Event Assistant, you'll work directly with customers in retail locations and community settings, introducing wireless products, answering questions, and helping customers find services that fit their needs. No previous sales experience is required, training and mentorship are provided.

As a Retail Event Assistant, you’ll engage with customers face-to-face, answer customer questions, explain products and promotions, and assist each customer through the enrollment process. Every Retail Event Assistant receives training in customer service, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career growth. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, or customer service, we’ll provide the tools you need to succeed.

Retail Event Assistant Responsibilities

Represent wireless products and services as a Retail Event Assistant at retail locations and community events.
Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude while creating a positive first impression.
Speak with customers about available products, promotions, and service options.
Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process
Assist interested customers with the enrollment process while providing exceptional customer service.
Support fellow Retail Event Assistant team members to ensure every event delivers an outstanding customer experience.
Work toward daily goals by building positive customer relationships and maintaining relationships with team members
Attend ongoing training to strengthen communication, sales, and customer engagement skills.

What We’re Looking For

Interest in working as a Retail Event Assistant in a retail environment.
Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Dependable, organized, and able to work well with a team.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Previous retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Desire to grow professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
