In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our clients, Account Managers, and Producer partners while helping businesses protect what matters most. You'll be a trusted resource throughout the client lifecycle, assisting with onboarding new accounts, supporting account retention efforts, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

After an initial training period in our Westminster, Colorado office, this position offers a hybrid remote work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers and referring Producers to onboard new commercial insurance accounts.
- Support the retention and servicing of existing client relationships.
- Assist with policy reviews, endorsements, change requests, and notices of cancellation
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage requests.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date client records within our Agency Management System (Applied Epic).
- Deliver prompt, professional, and high-quality service to clients, carrier partners, and internal team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications
Required:
- Colorado Property & Casualty License
- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Applied Epic experience
- CSR24 experience
- Indio experience
- Trucking & Transportation industry knowledge
- Familiarity with paperless office concept
- Insurance Professional designations
- Bilingual: Spanish-English

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
