We are seeking an experienced administrative professional who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a busy office with professionalism and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and able to build positive working relationships with individuals who have a variety of communication styles and personalities. They are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties with exceptional accuracy.
Process contracts, documents, and records while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Enter and maintain accurate information in industry-specific computer software.
Support office staff, management, and other departments with daily administrative needs.
Provide outstanding customer service to families, visitors, and vendors.
Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain organized files and confidential records.
Learn company procedures and follow established processes consistently.
Communicate professionally and effectively with individuals who have different personalities, work styles, and communication preferences.
Identify discrepancies and resolve issues before they become larger problems.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of administrative, office, or professional experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to quickly learn new software and business systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
