Chief Financial Officer/Controller

We are looking for a thoughtful Chief Financial Officer who thrives in any environment. In times of economic growth, we need an innovative partner to help us invest wisely for the future. In periods of economic uncertainty, we need a creative strategist and long term planner to help us navigate change and protect our mission. This strategic leader will oversee all financial operations, from planning and analysis to budgeting, reporting, risk management, and compliance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long term sustainability. As the CEO’s key business partner, the CFO will help interpret the financial landscape, bring forward proactive insights on grants, funding, and future scenarios, and guide leadership and the Board through complex decisions with clarity and courage.

Education, Licensing, and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred.
Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
