Senior Bridge Project Engineer

Your Role as a Bridge & Structures Engineer:

Lead development of plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates
Provide technical expertise in structural design and constructability
Review, certify, and seal design documents as required
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subconsultants
Support project scope, schedule, and budget coordination with the Project Manager
Participate in client and stakeholder meetings
Mentor junior engineers and promote design best practices

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
PE license in Indiana (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
7+ years of bridge engineering experience
Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills
