Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – United Medical Staffing

Location: Lafayette, LA

Job Type: PRN

Pay: $16/hr

Job Summary: United Medical Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care in various healthcare settings. As a CNA, you will assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Provide mobility assistance, including turning, repositioning, and transferring patients.
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
Assist nurses and other healthcare staff with medical procedures and patient care tasks.
Document patient information and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Current CNA certification
CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different healthcare settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to patient care.
