We’re hiring a full time patient care coordinator for a growth-minded, single-doctor dental practice in the heart of Boulder, CO.

About the role

We are a private, doctor-led practice focused on delivering outstanding patient care and steady growth. You’ll be the bridge between patients and the clinical team, shaping patient experiences and practice efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a strategic mindset who is excited about leadership growth within a small, high-performing team.

Expectations:

Manage the front desk and patient flow: greet patients, verify insurance, confirm appointments, and handle scheduling to optimize productivity.
Coordinate treatment plans and case flow: ensure patients understand recommended care, support doctor-patient communication, and follow up on unpaid or incomplete information.
Insurance and benefits support: explain coverage, verify benefits, and assist patients with financial arrangements and eligibility questions.
Revenue and operations support: assist with collections, track key metrics, and identify ways to improve appointment utilization and patient retention.
Patient experience champion: uphold HIPAA standards, maintain a welcoming environment, and troubleshoot issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction.
Collaborate with the doctor and team on process improvements, systems, and best practices to scale the practice’s impact and profitability.
Share your leadership instincts by mentoring newer staff and taking ownership of parts of the patient journey as you grow into a broader leadership role.

Experience in a dental or medical front desk/patient care role preferred; proficiency with a practice management system and standard office software.

Leadership potential and a desire to grow into more responsibility within a private, doctor-led practice.
