Full Job Description

We are a Beautiful Progressive Specialty Practice looking for an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator who wants a home! We are a busy Specialty Practice that delivers a personalized family experience. Looking for the right candidate that can grow with our Amazing dental practice and call it home. We pride ourselves on our excellent patient care .

This person must have superb communication skills. Looking for someone that can also communicate well with patients and is confident, personable, bubbly and gives that Wow experience. Dental Front Desk experience a plus along with Scheduling, Insurance and Presenting Treatment. Some of the Duties are as follows:

Must demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Experience with insurance and a proven ability to run the schedule.
Some of the responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling, insurance verification, posting, treatment plans, financial arrangements, checking patients in and out.
Must demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Cross trained on all aspects of the Front.
Working with Referring Doctors.

Our practice is a privately owned practice in the heart of Boulder.. We feel that we truly have the Best Team and Doctors.

Salary based on experience. Full-Time 4 days a week.
