Full Job Description

Overview

Join the Bison Financial Group in our Corporate Financial Advisor Team. As a financial advisor on this team, you will be assigned a group of clients and regularly be assigned prospects through Bison's internal Business Development Team. The financial advisor will be responsible for growing their assigned client base, servicing their assigned clients, and working towards Corporate Financial Advisor Team goals. This is a salary + incentive position. Some travel is required to meet clients and prospects in-person. This is an in-person position.

Duties

Develop personalized financial plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, including estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management.
Conduct detailed financial analysis using MoneyGuide Pro and Morningstar.
Meet with assigned prospects to take them through Bison's MENTOR benefit.
Maintain strong client relationships through quarterly meetings, proactive communication, updates on market trends, and ongoing support.
Stay current with industry knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and innovative financial products to provide expert advice.
Conduct group meetings sourced and administered by Bison's Business Development Team.

Requirements

Proven experience practicing in the securities industry with a solid understanding of financial concepts and investment management advisory services.
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with securities law, FINRA regulations (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), and industry compliance standards.
Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, portfolio management, and investment client management.
Relevant certifications such as Series 7, Series 66, and Health/Life Insurance licenses.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
