Full Job Description

Objective of the position: Under supervision of Global Accounts Receivable Manager, performs a variety of position specific accounting functions including, but not limited to: apply payments to accounting system for all division accounts receivable open invoices, research and collection of any and all invoices past 30 days, immediately communicate all past due accounts to your Manager. Provide backup support for accounting department as assigned, including receptionist support.

Must be at least 18 years of age;
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Accounts receivable experience, 1-3 years;
PC experience, with the ability to perform tasks on a computer;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Teams;
Highly professional and courteous, in appearance, conduct and manner, with ability to interface well with all levels of the organization;
Ability to work effectively and efficiently and handle stress in a multi-tasking environment to ensure timely completion of duties;
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both individually as well as part of a team;
Reports to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensures that work responsibilities are covered when absent;
Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment:

Work indoors in a sedentary office setting.
Ability to work under stress.
Use arms/wrists/hands/grasp throughout entire shift. Sit, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, stand, walk and turn/pivot for up to 8 hours per day 5 days per week.
See, hear, communicate with sufficient capability to perform assigned tasks and maintain proper job safety conditions.
