Full Job Description

Job Description -

Duties include: --Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff --Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, briefs and pleadings --Organize and maintain legal files and documents --Conduct legal research using Westlaw or other legal research tools --Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence --Schedule appointments, meetings and court hearings --Answer phone calls and take messages with proper phone etiquette --Assist in managing calendars and deadlines --Perform data entry and maintain accurate records --Assist with document management systems, such as ProLaw, iManage.

Experience requirements: --Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal secretary or similar role --Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) --Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures --Strong organization skills with attention to detail --Excellent written and verbal communication skills --Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
