Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team operates efficiently and effectively, providing support to staff and maintaining a productive work environment.

Duties

Manage and supervise daily office activities, ensuring smooth operations.
Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
Implement office management procedures, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Train and develop staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Handle phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette is maintained.
Coordinate with medical office management as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Assist in the development of training programs for new employees.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Prepare reports on office performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Familiarity with payroll systems and budgeting processes.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
Proficient in using various office software and phone systems.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to train and develop staff members effectively.
