Job Overview

Synergy HomeCare of Corona is an established, growing non-medical home care agency

expanding into Orange County — and we're hiring an experienced home care sales

professional to lead that expansion.

This is a ground-floor territory development role. You won't be inheriting someone else's

accounts or maintaining relationships someone else built. You'll be opening North Orange

County from the start, backed by an owner who invests in growth, a dedicated

intake/assessment team to close what you generate, and a commission structure that pays

you on every client you bring in — for as long as you're on the team.

If you've been a top performer at another agency watching your referrals pad someone

else's business, this is your chance to build a residual book of your own.

The Opportunity

70% of your time: Developing Orange County (Brea, Fullerton, Anaheim Hills, Tustin, Placentia, Yorba Linda, Orange)

20%: Growing Chino / Chino Hills

10%: Supporting our well established Corona / Riverside territory

You'll build relationships with hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities,

assisted living communities, home health and hospice partners, elder law attorneys,

fiduciaries, and other senior care referral sources. We want your intuition and your existing

playbook — you'll have real input on target strategy, backed by guidance and support from

ownership.

We are not looking for a professional visitor. Muffin drops and business cards don't build a

territory — trusted relationships that generate direct client referrals do. You know the

difference, and you have the track record to prove it.

Compensation

$24–$30/hour (based on experience) — full-time, W-2

Uncapped residual commission on every client you generate, paid on that client's

billed revenue from their start date:

4% — first 30 days of service

3% — days 31 through month 3

2% — months 3 through 6

1% ongoing — for the life of the client, as long as you're employed with us

Every new client start you generate resets you at the top rate — and your book keeps paying you 1% residually as it grows

Mileage reimbursement

Monthly marketing budget that for lunches, events, sponsorships, and co-marketing

What You'll Do

Execute a minimum of 30 referral-source visits per week, documented with impeccable records in Zoho CRM.
Develop and own a target account strategy for Orange County, in partnership with the owner.
Convert relationship-building activity into direct client referrals — with production quotas established as the territory matures
Handle inbound A Place for Mom/Aging Care lead calling (minimum 15 leads/week, with volume scaling to your conversion rate) — these convert on the same commission structure
Hand off qualified referrals to our intake team for assessment and start of care — your job is to fill the pipeline, not run assessments
Join a brief daily morning zoom huddle with the owner, then own your day in the field.

What You Bring

Minimum of 4+ years of sales/business development experience in home care, home health, or hospice (required)
Demonstrated experience launching or turning around a new territory — you know what months 1–6 of a cold market look like and you've done it before
Established relationships or strong familiarity with the Orange County senior care referral community (strongly preferred)
Proficiency with Zoho CRM, AxisCare, and Excel — you keep clean data and you use it.
Exceptional organization and self-management — you'll operate independently in the field every day
Outgoing, persistent, and hard-charging in the right way: professional, relationshipfirst, and relentless about follow-through
Based in or near the Brea–Fullerton–Anaheim Hills area (required — this is your home territory)
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
