We're looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor who shares that commitment and is passionate about leading people, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity for an experienced customer service leader to make a meaningful impact by developing a high-performing team, improving service delivery, and helping create an outstanding experience for our customers and distributor partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operational Support

Supervise the daily activities and workflow of the Customer Service team.
Assign and monitor work priorities to ensure customer inquiries and orders are handled efficiently.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback to team members.
Assist with onboarding and training new Customer Service employees.
Participate in employee performance evaluations and provide recommendations regarding hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and other personnel decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and performance expectations.
Serve as the escalation point for complex customer concerns, service issues, order exceptions, and account inquiries.
Make sound decisions that balance customer satisfaction with company policies and business objectives.
Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, customer focus, and teamwork.
Support departmental initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, service levels, and operational efficiency.

Customer Experience & Service Management

Foster strong relationships with customers and distributor partners by delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented service.
Monitor departmental service levels and customer satisfaction metrics to ensure performance goals are achieved.
Review and approve customer accommodations, credits, returns, and reprints in accordance with company guidelines.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Production, Shipping, and Quality departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Identify root causes of customer issues and implement corrective actions to improve customer experience.
Monitor order activity and proactively communicate with customers regarding delays, changes, or service issues.
Assist with developing and implementing customer service standards, best practices, and departmental procedures.
Analyze customer feedback, service trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the company's ERP and CRM systems.
Support cross-functional projects that improve operational performance and customer retention.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the department.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of customer service, account management, order management, or related experience, preferably within the promotional products, manufacturing, or distribution industry.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to resolve complex customer concerns while maintaining positive business relationships.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or customer service management software.
Experience within the promotional products industry is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing, order fulfillment, decorating processes, or distribution operations is a plus.
