We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Mid Level Clinical Supervisor / Case Manager (Program Manager) to join our team. This role works closely with BCBAs, behavior therapists, and families to support high-quality clinical services for children with autism and related developmental needs.
The Mid Level Clinical Supervisor / Case Manager (Program Manager) will assist with supervising ABA programs, supporting behavior technicians in the field, monitoring client progress, conducting parent training, and ensuring treatment plans are implemented effectively. This position is ideal for individuals pursuing BCBA certification or looking to grow within a supportive clinical environment.
This Mid Level Clinical Supervisor / Case Manager (Program Manager) position is a great opportunity for candidates who are:
- Currently enrolled in master’s in ABA
- Finished with a master’s in ABA
Responsibilities
- Case oversight, including direct support to field-based behavior therapists/RBTs.
- Write reports including treatment plans and progress.
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA to address specific client goals, including reducing problematic behaviors and teaching new skills.
- Conduct parent training and consultation.
- Provide direct 1:1 services to clients with Autism and related developmental disorders in the home, school, community, and social skills settings as needed.
- Conduct staff training, including RBT training new hire onboard training as needed.
- Establish and maintain professional rapport with clients, families, and team members.
- Communicate openly and regularly with the BCBA, other team members, and families regarding client progress, challenges, and any changes in behavior.
- Attend and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Demonstrates leadership skills by leading by example.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mid Level Supervisor / Case Manager (Program Manager) in ABA
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, child development, applied behavior analysis, or related field (Required)
- Strong background in program development, supervision, and case management
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
