Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

As a Controller , you’re not just ensuring financial data accuracy and compliance – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Oversee financial compliance: Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and implement internal controls to safeguard hotel assets
Manage financial planning and analysis: Prepare the annual plan, projections, and budgets, providing key insights and counsel to hotel management, corporate offices, and ownership
Monitor and approve transactions: Review and authorize hotel sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to ensure financial integrity and cost control
Advise hotel leadership: Assist department heads in interpreting financial data and recommend strategies to maximize profitability
Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
