Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali is seeking an experienced, hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our service team and help create exceptional guest experiences. Position Details

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali

Salary

$65,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example by training, coaching, and empowering hourly team members to succeed while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and hospitality excellence.
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service, smooth communication, and an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout all guest-facing areas.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Partner closely with kitchen leadership to maintain seamless communication, efficient service flow, and consistent product quality.
Monitor labor, productivity, and service standards to achieve operational and financial goals.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, performance management, and team development.
Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards are consistently upheld.
