Position Overview
We’re seeking a Videographer & Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a passion for producing high-quality video content. This role is responsible for capturing and editing professional real estate videos, while also helping elevate our brand through lifestyle and trend-driven content.
This is a part-time, project-based role, not a full-time daily position. Video needs will vary based on listing activity, but candidates can expect to produce approximately 2–4 videos per week on average, with some fluctuation depending on the season.
You’ll be responsible for both filming and editing, as well as bringing creative direction and ideas to the table. We’re looking for someone who understands what performs on social media, stays on top of trends, and can translate that into content that strengthens our brand.
What You’ll Do
- Film and produce high-quality real estate video content, including property tours, walkthroughs, and promotional videos
- Capture aerial footage using drone equipment (where appropriate and permitted)
- Record high-quality audio, including on-site agent dialogue and voiceovers
- Edit video content with a strong focus on pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency
- Capture lifestyle and brand content to support social media and marketing initiatives
- Stay up to date on current video trends and proactively suggest new content ideas
- Travel to properties and various locations around Lake Anna for scheduled filming
- Manage and organize video files, footage, and project timelines
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and maintains a polished, professional look
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Experience in videography and video editing required (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Experience capturing aerial/drone footage (FAA Part 107 certification preferred)
- Ability to capture clean, professional audio, both on-site and for voiceovers
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging, high-performing content
- Understanding of social media trends, especially short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines independently
- Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
- Ability to take direction while also bringing new ideas to the table
Requirements:
Must own and operate your own professional video equipment, including:
- Camera and lenses
- Stabilization equipment (gimbal, tripod, etc.)
- Drone equipment for aerial footage
- Audio equipment (microphones, lavaliers, or similar)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to Lake Anna and surrounding areas for scheduled shoots
- Flexible schedule to accommodate filming needs (1-2 shoots per week)
- This is a part-time role with remote flexibility outside of filming
